It was my 1st time in since they completed the renovation. I was excited at the new look and design. What did not excite me was there were 5 people working and when I walked in 4/5 all looked at me and disappeared behind the wall. The person cooking pizzas looked and spoke and asked if I needed help. It was very disappointing especially being that they were fully staffed. Staff makes the experience and this one was horrible. I thank the guy that acknowledged me and apologized that I was standing there for a couple minutes.
1 person doing everything. Trying to take care of the customers coming in and the phones NOT getting answered. I would rate 5 stars but then I had to think
I tried for a few months over the course of several orders. Never had the same driver twice. Any other Domino's I've used I've gotten to know the drivers. Not possible here. Employees don't last out the month. Only met one so far that even deserved to have gotten the job in the first place, and I can only hope she found something better. Avoid.
I love Domino's. This store is terrible. Delivery gets the order right less than half the time, forgets things, brings the wrong items, and will not come back out to correct the mistake. Any attempts to get things corrected over the phone either get you hung up on, or made promises that never materialize - often with the driver responsible audibly cursing and yelling in the background.
I have had nothing but good service and hot fresh pizza from this Domino's. I order for clients and employees and the pizza is always fresh hot and on time. I never get any complaints. Thank you.
Wouldn't even answer the phone. I waited 10 minutes listening to the automated recording.
